How do I purchase POP TOY SHOW Singapore 2025 tickets?

Standard tickets can be purchased through the Trip.com website or Trip.com mobile app. If you’re looking for Premium tickets, they are available exclusively on the Trip.com app.

For Premium ticket holders: What are the entry times for Premium ticket holders?

The entry times for Premium ticket holders are 9:30 AM for all three days (22 - 24 August 2025).

For Premium ticket holders: When and where do I collect my Premium goodie bag?

Premium Entry Packs can be collected from 9:30 AM at the Redemption Booth inside the event hall. Simply present your Trip.com e-ticket for scanning, and our staff will hand you your goodie bag.

For Premium ticket holders: Will my tickets be verified against my ID?

All Premium Tickets are strictly registered and non-transferable. All Premium Ticket holders must present a valid photo ID matching the name on their booking upon entry. If identity verification fails, the ticket will be forfeited without refund or compensation. We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from unauthorised resellers to avoid loss.

Can I cancel or refund my tickets?

Ticket cancellations and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Name changes are not permitted. For assistance, please contact the Trip.com customer service agents via the Trip.com app.

Are security checks required each time I enter?

Yes. All guests will be subject to security screening each time they enter the event hall. This includes bag checks and personal screening.

Please remove prohibited items (weapons, outside food/drink, etc.) before queuing; disposal bins are provided. Only water is allowed.

Can I store my belongings on site?

Storage services are not available on-site. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.

How can I purchase non-exclusive and exclusive items?

Non-Exclusive Items: Available from 9:30 AM daily for Premium ticket holders and 11:00 AM daily for Standard ticket holders (unless otherwise stated).

Exclusive Drops: Available only by raffle — scan the on-site QR code during each timed raffle window (e.g., Product A at 11:00 AM; Product B at 3:00 PM). Each raffle is open for one hour; once it closes, that product is no longer available.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment methods vary by each exhibitor —

Artist Eden exhibitors transact primarily in cash — we recommend bringing sufficient cash just in case.

Cashless payments are only accepted at POP MART booths via NETS, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, WeChat Pay and AliPay.

Will I be able to earn or redeem any POP MART membership points during the event?

No. POP MART membership points cannot be earned or redeemed at POP TOY SHOW Singapore 2025.

How do I participate in autograph signings?

1. Arrive before the scheduled time for the signing session

2. Bring only one official-merchandise item per person

3. No personalised messages, photos or video recordings

4. Follow staff instructions and keep interactions with the artist brief

What behaviour is expected on the show floor?

Please be respectful to all guests, staff, and fellow attendees.

Aggressive behaviour, pushing, or line-cutting will not be tolerated and may lead to being escorted out of the venue without ticket reimbursement.

Is on-site reselling of merchandise allowed at the show?

Reselling any items purchased at POP TOY SHOW Singapore 2025 within the event premises is strictly prohibited. Any person(s) doing so will be removed from the event premises. Sales are final and for personal use only.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Outside food and drinks are not permitted past security. Only bottled water is allowed.

What age requires a ticket?

Children aged 3 and above need a valid ticket. Infants aged 2 and under enter free.
